I’m Steph Prangley, NTP, FSA, MAAA

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

I've been climbing the corporate ladder since 2006 and studying functional nutrition since 2015. In 2018, the stress of the modern corporate world and physical health issues that followed landed me on medical leave.

Ever since my body shut down, unable to keep up with my ambitions, I've been on a mission to help other professionals who are chronically stressed and burned out RECOVER their energy, focus, and productivity so they can accomplish all of their important goals with enough left over to pursue their highest purpose and passions.

My passion in life is empowering the modern-day, busy professional to heal the health issues that hold them back from doing what they love.

With compassion and empathy, I gently guide clients with nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and their values & intuition to build a life that pays the bills, provides security, AND allows them to be fully present in their relationships.

Just like you, I've struggled with striking the balance of a meaningful, professional career while prioritizing my home-life and health.

By balancing the body from a foundational level and elevating based on individual values, clients gain the health outcomes they need to take care of the daily to-dos with enough left over to fuel their highest purpose and passions.

As a corporate professional myself, I UNDERSTAND what it's like to have aspirational goals in the conference room while dealing with the pressure and uncertainty of day-to-day life.

I also know first-hand what it's like when the stress is too much. When you want to achieve high goals at the office, without sacrificing your health or missing your kid's sporting event or recital.

I've worked as an employee and as a mid-level manager at two different companies, so I bring a unique perspective to what health can look like in a professional environment. For example, did you know it's more beneficial for you AND your employer for you to be happy, healthy, and well-rounded outside of work?

The tough part is, it's up to YOU to make sure you're living the life you want and intersecting that with the demands of the corporate world. My program teaches you how to do just that.

I worked in a particularly toxic work environment. I've since left that job for one that aligns with my values much better. But, looking back, I can trace all of my health issues to that toxic work environment. I can also see that I didn't have the tools I needed to make that job workable for me and my unique needs.

If I knew then what I know now. If I had the program I built for people like us. If I could go back in time, maybe it wouldn't have been the right job for me, but it wouldn't have sent me into a years-long health crisis. There WERE things I could have done to prevent my health crisis.

Stress is THE trigger for modern, chronic illness. There's this saying where "genetics load the gun, environment pulls the trigger." So maybe you're predisposed to an autoimmune disease, PCOS and hormonal imbalances, type II diabetes, etc, BUT something in your environment pulls that trigger. Because not everyone with your genetics experiences those health conditions.

What we do here is helps you live in a way that minimizes those stressors (triggers), so you no longer are a victim of your circumstance. Rather, you are empowered to heal the health conditions that are holding you back from living a full and vibrant life.

Don't make the same mistakes I did. Join me as your guide and step into your power and purpose by kicking stress to the curb and elevating to fulfill your highest purpose and passions.
